I read the transcripts, and had a few issues with it, but I might make a post elaborating it on monday instead of this weekend. Because of the recent suit again Jared Diamond, I question the ethics of featuring him on that program, and Michael Pollan has, at least in my opinion, over simplified problems with raising cattle. I also thought the notion of the methane gas release at 2050 was way too optimistic, we'll probably lose it much sooner than that.
