Rules

Some of the issues we discuss are controversial and emotionally charged, so in the interest of keeping discussion polite and reasonable, there are a few things I want to make clear right up front:

2. Taking it to personal journals (except by mutual agreement) = banned.
3. Deleting other people's comments = banned.
4. Trolling = banned.

Otherwise, please do your best to keep discussion polite and reasonable. Dissenting opinions are welcome, but be prepared to defend them with science, rather than emotional appeals.

Be sure to use a cut tag for longer articles, larger images, and videos, as well as anything that might be considered NSFW. (That includes icons.) Don't hotlink other people's images or content, and always link to the source of any articles or other content you post.
